all-play record vs total points

I believe the all-play record (your record if you played head-to-head against everyone in the league each week) is a little better indicator of a team's strength than total fantasy points.

I am curious what others think.

all-play record vs total points

BOTH SITUATIONS ARE RELATIVE. SOME WEEKS THERE ARE HIGH SCORING NFL GAMES AND SOME WEEKS TD'S ARE HARD TO COME BY.

THERE ARE WEEKS THAT 130PTS IN A LEAGUE COULD BE THE HIGHEST SCORE FOR THE WEEK IN A PARTICULAR LEAGUE.

WHILE OTHERS WEEKS 175 COULD BE THE 4TH HIGHEST WHICH BOTH IN TURN EFFECT ALL PLAY RECORDS.

THE ONLY DRAWBACK ABOUT ALL PLAY IS THAT IT IS ALL RELATIVE TO THAT WEEK. IN THEORY ONE COULD SCORE 140 POINTS ONE WEEK AND BE 13-0 IN ALL PLAY AND THE NEXT WEEK SCORE 168 AND BE 9-4 IN ALL PLAY.

SO IT HAS ITS PRO'S AND CONS.

Kotrax,

You forgot the other option. I could score 168 and be 2-11, :D
