Any possibility of dividing the 12-team leagues into 4 divisions? You play everyone once and those in your division twice (13-week season). The four division winners would go to the championship bracket and play either h2h Weeks 14 and 15 or total points in Weeks 14-16 for the top 3 money spots in the league. Getting bored waiting for the draft.

Howdy Aggie! That sounds like fun. Maybe you could add the top two in points (who did not win a division) as wildcards and then have the standard 6 team playoff format in weeks 14-16. I would play if we can get 10 other takers.

That's how we did it in the local league, Bluefoot, and it is certainly an option I like for a satellite league. Would create complications in the Main Event. I certainly will do this in a satellite league if STATS is able to do it and Greg approves. Just wanted Greg or Tom's input on whether this has been considered for the Main Event or would be considered as it does clear up some loose ends IMHO.

Just shooting for a "meaningful" 13-game season, compadre'. Either give me 13 weeks of h2h or 13 weeks of all-play but didn't really enjoy the last 2 weeks of the season last year. The preference is all-play but if not for 13 weeks, the above format would be a nice alternative as it might keep more teams going deeper into the season. If nothing else, it's a great satellite league format for 12 team leagues as I'm sure most have played it.

As for ganja, I'm sure it's drug related but having grown up in the South, you'll have to explain the north of the Mason-Dixon line lingo to me.

That's not what you were saying the last 2 weeks of the season and you know what I'm talking about. If you are going to run the first 11 weeks with H2H, you need to run the last 2 weeks with H2H and this is the cure.

As for the ganja being Jamaican, I learn something new every day so thanks for the education. As you can tell, I'm more of a drinker than a druggie and even gave that up 12 years ago when my daughter was born.
