Belmont Stakes today

We've done a pretty good job here nailing some picks on the Triple Crown races, and this is our last chance for the year.

The horses I like today are Master of Hounds, Nehro, and Animal Kingdom. I'll probably do a partial box Trifecta with those three.

Since I'm feeling lucky, I'm also gonna throw a Superfecta out there with the above three horses plus Santiva.

Those are my top four horses for today.

What do you think, Rob?

Since OTB has closed in Staten Island, I have no idea how to place a wager in today's race. Does anyone know how to wager online? what site could I go to?

I use Bodog.eu

They always pay, have been around almost 20 years, and are very user friendly. You can bet on any sport and use their online casino, too.

Belmont Stakes today

Sorry folks. I ended up going to the Apple store and then went to to the OTB before posting my thoughts. That Bloody Mary tasted awfully good. I almost didn't leave......

Better horses than this group have been humbled by this race and I think that Animal Kingdom is vulnerable.

I was looking for fresher legs on horses ready to take the next step are the following:

1 - Master of Hounds ( being bet way down, dang it)

6 - Nehro - I like this horse and can almost guarantee he finishes in the top 4. Can he win? Maybe

9 - Animal Kingdom - 3/1 - Bounce? I think there is a chance but he is too good to not leave in for a piece.

4 - Santiva could get a piece and I like the odds at 15/1

5 - Brilliant Speed same reasons as #4 - I like one of them, if not both to have a shot at a piece.

At this distance and under these conditions, I think these are the best five horses and my wagering reflects that.

Bets:

$2 Tri - 9 / 1,4,5,6 / 1,4,5,6 ($24)
$1 Tri Box - 1, 4, 5, 6, 9 ($60)
$2 Exacta: 1, 4, 5 / All ($66)
$1 Tri: 1 / 4,5,6,9 / All ($40)
$1 Super: 1 / 4,5,6,9 / 4,5,6,9 / 4,5,6,9 ($24)

For Marc: $2 Tri Box: 1, 4 , 5, 9 ($48)

Good Luck to All!!!!

Generally agree, Rob.

Not worried about Shackleford (12)...included him only as a part of the 4th place grouping in my Super.

It's Mucho Macho Man (10) who worries me most. He could throw a monkey wrench in our plans. I included him in my 3rd/4th place groupings in my Tri and Super, but a Win or Place by him destroys all my bets down to zero.
